Data Protection: Many people are worried about their personal data and are taking security measures to ensure it's safe from cyberattacks, recent data from YouGov reveals. Some 45% of Americans surveyed in February 2018 said they use free computer and data protection services, and nearly 30% said they pay for this type of protection.

Smart Home: Nearly a third of consumers globally (32%) plan to buy an artificial intelligence (AI) device, like Google Home or Amazon Echo, PwC reports. Interest in such devices is strongest in China and Brazil. In fact, more than twice as many respondents in China and Brazil said they plan to get an AI device compared with those in the US or France.
